Welcome to the Plaistow Halal Butchers user manual.
This guide explains how the whole system works in plain language — no technical knowledge needed. It is split into two halves:
Customer website
What your customers see and do: browsing, ordering, delivery, payment and accounts.
Admin portal
How you and your staff run the shop: orders, stock, catalogue, slots and more.
How to use this manual
- Use the sidebar on the left to jump between sections.

- Every page is written as step-by-step instructions you can follow while looking at the real screen.
The two web addresses
The system has two separate websites:

| Admin portal | You and your staff only | a separate, private admin address |
They look different and are kept apart on purpose: customers can never reach the admin portal, and the admin portal is protected by a password and a second security step (an authenticator code).
