Help & support
The ways customers get help — live web chat, WhatsApp, the contact form, and the information pages.
Customers have several ways to get help without leaving the site.
Live web chat
A chat button sits in the corner of every page. It opens an assistant that can answer product and delivery questions, help find cuts, and even help start an order. It offers quick-reply buttons, can share product links, and can hand over to a human.
Staff control what the chat is allowed to do (answer questions, take orders) from the admin portal, and can read and reply to conversations there. See Messages & channels.
If enabled, customers can message the shop on WhatsApp and get the same assistant as the web chat — the same knowledge, the same ability to help place an order. Orders started on WhatsApp flow into the admin portal just like web orders. The WhatsApp number appears on the contact page when it is switched on.
The contact form
The Contact page has a phone number, address, opening hours and a contact form to send the shop a message. It also links to WhatsApp when available.
Information pages that answer common questions
Many questions are answered by the site's own pages:
- FAQ — delivery, minimums, slots, payment and halal standards.
- Delivery & Collection — how fulfilment works and the key rules.
- Visit us — address, opening hours, map and a postcode delivery checker so customers can confirm they are in range before ordering.
- Returns & refunds — what to do if something is not right.
- Reviews — real customer reviews, aggregated across products.
Reviews and questions on products
On any product page a signed-in customer can write a review or ask a question. The shop answers questions and approves reviews before they appear — see Website content.
