Settings
Shop policies and business rules, the AI assistant's knowledge base, and security settings.
The Settings section holds the shop's rules, the assistant's knowledge, and security controls. These change rarely but matter a lot — most are audited.
Shop policies
Settings → Shop policies is where the shop's business rules live — things like delivery cost rules, the free-delivery threshold, the same-day cut-off time, and refund timeframes.
Each policy has a key, a version and an active switch, and is edited as a structured value. Saving creates a new version and records the change.
Handle with care
These settings change how the whole shop behaves — for example the delivery area or the free-delivery threshold. Change them deliberately, and note the plain-English meaning of each in Shop rules & limits. If you are unsure, check with whoever set the system up.
Assistant knowledge base
Settings → Answers for the assistant is the set of questions and answers the web chat, WhatsApp and voice assistant draw on. Add, edit or remove entries to teach the assistant about the shop — opening hours, halal standards, delivery details and anything else customers ask.
Keeping this up to date is the single best way to make the assistant helpful and accurate. When customers start asking something new, add it here.
Security
Security — its own item in the sidebar's Settings section (not a sub-page of Shop policies) — manages two-factor authentication for your account: enrolling or re-enrolling an authenticator, viewing the setup key, and confirming setup with a test code. See Signing in & security.
